What is included
Your online store, marketplace access, targeted SEO, setup support and payment processing are included within your agreed commission. There is no sign-up, monthly or listing fee.
Payment choices
The platform offers Google Pay, Apple Pay, credit and debit cards, bank transfer, Pay by Bank and Klarna, with more methods planned. Customers can choose from the payment methods available for their purchase.
A simple example at 5%
On an eligible £20 transaction at an agreed 5% rate, commission is £1 and the business keeps £19, before any refund or other agreed adjustment. Payment-processing fees are covered within that agreed rate.
Know your rate before going live
The starting rate depends on payment methods and business setup. We confirm it with you before launch. Business payouts are made every Wednesday; bank holidays and bank processing can affect when funds arrive.
